"Services" refer to the educational support provided by us, including online classes, offline classes, study materials, demo sessions, and academic guidance. All terms refer to the acceptance of payment and agreement necessary to provide our educational services in the most effective and appropriate manner, in accordance with applicable laws in India.Any use of the above terminology or similar words in singular, plural, or different forms shall be considered interchangeable and refer to the same meaning.

1. Services Offered

Ranjitham Study Center provides mathematics coaching for students from Class 6 to Class 12, including online classes, offline classes, demo sessions, and study materials (including paid PDFs).

2. Enrollment Policy

• Students may be required to attend a demo class before enrollment.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Access to classes and materials is provided only to registered students.

3. Payment & Fees

• All fees must be paid in advance.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless approved under special circumstances.
• Discounts or offers are applicable only for selected batches or limited seats.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
Refund will be considered only in case of valid medical reasons. A proper medical certificate or prescription must be submitted.

Class Attendance-Based Refund:

• 0–2 classes attended – 80% refund
• 3–6 classes attended – 50% refund
• More than 6 classes attended – No refund

Non-Refundable Cases:

• No refund will be provided for lack of interest
• No refund will be provided for schedule conflicts
• No refund will be provided for personal reasons (non-medical)

Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.

Mode of Refund:
Refund will be credited to the original payment method (GPay / Bank).

Important Notes:

• Each case will be verified before approval
• Management decision will be final and binding

5. Demo Class Policy

• Free demo classes are limited to one session per student per course.
• If the demo session gets interrupted due to internet or technical issues, students may rejoin the same session within the remaining demo duration.
• Once a demo session is successfully completed, a second free demo will not be provided.
• In exceptional cases, students may request another demo session by paying a re-demo fee and contacting the admin with payment proof.

6. Online Classes & Access

• Students must join classes using their registered details only.
• Class links should not be shared with others.
• Misuse of access may lead to suspension without refund.

7. Study Materials

• Study materials provided on this platform are available for view-only access and are strictly for the personal use of paid students only.
• Students are not permitted to share, distribute, or make the content available to others in any form.
• Any misuse of content may lead to suspension of access without refund.
• Fees paid for access to study materials are non-refundable once access is granted.

8.License & Content Usage

Unless otherwise stated, Ranjitham Study Center owns the intellectual property rights for all materials available on this website, including study materials, PDFs, notes, videos, and content. All rights are reserved.

You may access this content for your personal educational use only, subject to the restrictions mentioned below.

You must not:
